A: The tour fee covers the vehicle and guide service. Meals, entrance fees, parking fees and road tolls are not included.

Send us your request via the inquiry form or WhatsApp. Let me know your preferred date, the number of guests, and any specific spots you’d like to visit. I will then suggest a personalized itinerary tailored just for you.
Step2: Confirm Your Booking
Review the plan and finalize your reservation. Once we agree on the itinerary and details, I will send you a confirmation message. No complicated paperwork is required—your private tour is now secured!
Step3: Meet Your Driver
I will pick you up directly at your hotel lobby. On the day of the tour, I'll be waiting for you at the pre-arranged time at your hotel or a designated spot (like a train station). Look for the KATSU-RUN sign or my pristine premium vehicle.
Step4: Explore & Enjoy (Payment)
Enjoy your stress-free journey through Kyoto! Relax in the comfort of a private car as we explore the city. Payment is handled at the end of the tour. We accept major credit cards and digital payments (Apple Pay, etc.) for your convenience.
